The first one should be jaya jaya padmanAbhAnujEsha - as opposed to jaya jaya padmanAbha - the former would refer to shivA while the latter to vishnu.

Even though, historically the words have been mutilated like this by people (inlcuding yours truly) who be aware of the correct sahitya/split - let us try to correct these errors slowly, for sake of posterity.

Sl. No. 116; Jaya jaya padmanaabha; Mani rangu; Aadi ; Keerthanam; Saanskrit.
Artist: Sri Neyyattinkara Vasudevan.

Victory to the Lord of the brother of PADMANABHA. You are bewitching like the king in diguise.
You protected all the DEVA-s and are the Lord of all worlds.
Your glance is full of compassion. Your form is lovely like Cupid. The GANGA shines in your locks. You destroyed a host of demons.
You are worshipped by BRAHMA and INDRA. Your story is sacred. You are surrounded by hunting-dogs. You fulfil the desires of the devotees. PARVATI shares half of your form. You reside in the hearts of YOGI-s. You are surrounded by GANADEVATA-s. Your smile is gentle.

Should it not refer to the Lord of the "SISTER" of Lord Padmanabha (anuja = refer to the younger one, in this case it the Goddess Parvati)

It IS padmanabha-anujA-Isha = padmanAbhanujesha, lord of PadmanAbha's sister.

The mistake is also seen in TKGovinda rao's book.
