This is a description of the divya dampati, rAma and sItA, surrounded by their near and dear.
The poet/composer says that he worships (bhajE) the blue-hued (SyAmaLam), rAma (rAmam) who reposes like a lustrously beautiful (rucim) and delicate (kOmaLa) blue (nIla) water-lilly/lotus (sarOja) - nIlOtpalam, surrounded by/in the midst of (madhyE) of the following: on his left (vAmE), the daughter (sutA) of the earth (bhUmi), sItA; hanumAn slightly in front (purasca), offering obeisance at their feet; the son (suta) of sumitra, lakshmaN behind (pascAt); with bharata and (ca) Satrughna on either side (pArSvadaLayO) of the divya dampati, with fans/cAmaram; surrounded by sugrIva, vibhIshaNa, the crown-prince (yuvarAT) of kishkinda, the son (sutO) of tArA, angada; and the mighty jAmbavAn.
In this picture, lakshmaN is holding the canopied umbrella (chattram) over the divya dampati, while bharata and Satrughna fan them with cAmaras.
