Here is the running meaning with some corrections/comments:

P: nI sari vElpula nEnendu gAna
I don't see Gods who compare to you anywhere

nIrajadaLa nayanA shrI krSNA
Oh Lotus -eyed Krishna

A: bhAsuramagu nIdu bhajana sEyuvAri
of those who do your brilliant bhajana

dOSamulanniyu (tolagayO nIvu) - Iam not sure of these two words. tolagayO is not a word. It could be tolagavO but then nIvu doesn't flow with the beginning of the pallavi.

This is what I think is the meaning: I wonder if all their maladies won't erase!

to hear to the words and save gOpAladAsa (the composer), who has prayed to you in several ways (I don't see any Gods that compare to you)
