Thank you sir.

The last line does not flow well.
kadiravan - sun, nilavinilE - moon, kulirAgi - coolness: Become the coolness of sun & moon?

The word pOTrighazhndu is contradictory: praise & disparage? perhaps pOTri pughazhndu?

Enna_Solven - here is my take on the first part of the last line - 'just as the the blazing heat of the sun (kadiravan), after it is reflected unchanged (mArAda) by the moon (nilavinilE), is felt by us as (Agi) cool (kuLirAgi) moonbeams'...

As to the second part of that line - like you, I am clueless how praise (pOTRi) and slander (igazhndu) can be connected, especially with respect to fragrance (manam) in flowers (malaril)!

Sorry, my mistake. It is not kadiravan nilavinilE but mati avanin nilavinilE.
