If not (bin) for you (tum), I wonder who (kaun) else will enquire/be concerned (khabar lE) about me (mErE), Oh (rE) Lord who lifted/bore (dhAri) the gOvardhan mountain (giri)? My Lord (rE), your face (chabi) adorned with dangling ear-rings (kuNDal kI), is beautiful/precious (nyArI), and you are resplendent (SObhE), clad in garments (ambar) of golden/yellow (pIta) hue, sporting a crown (mukuT) of peacock (mOr) feathers on your head. Please protect (rAkhO) our/my (hamAri) honor (lAj), just as you did when draupadi called out to you as she was being disrobed in (mE) the glare of the full/filled (bharI) assembly (sabhA) of the kaurava court. I offer/prostrate (balihAri) myself at the lotus (kamal)-like feet (caran) of this very civilized (nAgar) Lord (prabhu) of (kE) mIra, who bore (dhar) the mighty gOvardhan mountain (giri) on his little finger.
I am not sure of the exact meaning of TADI.

Ravi,
good translation!
i think it is supposed to be THADI - which means standing....
the whole line would somewhat mean "as draupadI stood helpless in the court of kauravas..."
the exact meaning of nyArI is unique
