Let me make a small correction in your version::
The word*hambalu*gives an entirely different meaning!
*hambala* is the proper word.
My version is set to raga kalyani,adi tala.
{ P}:: dayamADo ranga dayamADo
dayamADo ninna dAsa nAnendu
{Ap}:: halavu kaladim ninna hambalavenage
olidu pAlisabEkO vArijanABhA
{c}::iha para gati nIne indirA ramaNa
sahAya ninnadE sadA tOri karuNa
karirAja varadane kAmita PhaladA
purandara viThala hari sArvaBhomanE
Meaning for your version::
The word *daya mADu* has many meanings in kannaDa,like
Depart,Go,Leave }
Compassion,Kind, }
*Graciously present* }
Here, I am choosing the word *graciously present*.
rangA,count me as your servant,be graciously present,rangA,be present.{p}
Since long I have been yearning for you.
You have to cherish and nourish me,vArijanABhA……..{One with a lotus in the navel} {a.p.}
*indirA ramaNa*,when you are there for me here and hereafter,…..{Lord of lakShmi}
why should I be scared,You are the pride of devotees.
You granted the wish of* karirAja*,You are the father of cupid…..{king of elephants}
You are purandara viThala, the emperor of good qualities.{c}
{DAsa varENyara Kshame irali}

Thanks! The version I have is sung by Priya Sisters (album Musical Bliss) and your transcription of it seems closer than the one I provided from Karnatik.com.

The only difference I can see between your transcription and what I am hearing is in the charanam where it sounds like they are singing "ninnadE sarvadA tOri karuNa" instead of "sadA tOri karuNa." Is this a change on their part or is the former what you meant?

regards,

I meant *sadA* .Both *sadA* and sarvadA* have a similar meaning,*aiways*, *ever*.
