uLLam inrangi vandu arul purivaye, un padam allaathoru gati.

Place to go if you want to ask someone identify raga, tala, composer etc or ask for sāhitya (lyrics) or notations or translations.

I think the last word should be mayilum.
What a wonderful sentiment - there are no bragging rights involved in granting salvation to the worthy - but certainly glorious to make an otherwise ineligible person slavation-worthy! Reminds me of the practice in some colleges in Madras which did not accept the top tier students, for there was no glory in claiming that these good students performed well in college, but if they took the others and got them to perform well in college, the credit was theirs alone!

pallavi
uLLam irangi vandaruL purivAyE un padamaladoru gatiyilai arivAyE

Entertaining some pity in your heart (uLLam irangi), please come (vandu) and bless (aruL purivAyE). You should be aware (arivAyE) that but (aladu) for your (un) feet (padam), I have no (ilai) other (oru) recourse/succor (gati)!

anupallavi
kaLLam nirai nenjan nAnE AnAlum kaNNIr shorind-unran kazhaliNai paNindEnE

Even though (AnAlum) I (nAnE) am a person whose heart (nenjan) is filled (niRai) with guile and deception (kaLLam), I have worshipped (paNindEnE) at your (unran) feet (kazaliNai) [1], with tears (kaNNIr) gushing forth (Sorindu) [2].

caraNam
tapa japa yOgam shei sadguNa shIlarkku dayai purivadil unakkenna perumai
aparAdhi enaiyALa manamilA unakku azhagiRkO panniru karamum vElum mayilum

What (enna) is so great (perumai) for you (unakku) to take pride in by showering (purivadil) your compassion (dayai) upon men of sterling worth (SIlarkku) and exemplary character (sadguNa), who engage in/perform (Sei) penance (tapa), prayer (japa) and meditation (yOgam)? Oh Lord, who doesn't (ilA) have the heart (manam) to admit a sinner (aparAdhi) like me (naiyALa) into your grace (ALa), are your (unakku) twelve (panniru) hands (karamum), your spear (vEl) and peacock (mayilum) [3] merely for outward show (azhagiRkO) [4]?

FOOTNOTES
[1] kazhal is foot – iNai – means 'two feet in unison' a sort of figure of speech
[2] I guess the copious amounts of tears reflect the true penitence of the sinner
[3] the original word here is ayilum – ayil and vEl mean the same, so I am not sure if that was a typo
[4] azhagu is beauty, being used here in its rather less than complimentary meaning
