Did she perform with Sowmya on 2nd?... Thyagaraja Aradhana schedules figured her name in the last day..But i could not find her in DD broadcast..Did she come out for Aaradhana?.. Is she going to perform in near future...Music will comfort this talented Vidushi...

Just wondering, and not sure if it is tactful or the opposite to make this suggestion, but, with due respect to her late husband, I wonder if further news should be posted in a new thread, rather than this one which necessarily concerned the death. I hope people do not think this is callous, and it certainly is not meant to be, but the words moving on come to mind. In fact, people posting here are already looking towards her future: lets do it in another thread?

Feb.3, Sunday evening was special at The Music Academy Madras/Chennai. For, it was a special concert to celebrate Sri Thyagaraja as an aradhana. Special by two well known vocalists - S Sowmya and Nityashree Mahadeva. Special because Nityashree came on stage a month after she bore a personal tragedy - losing her husband. And the wonderfulness of this concert was the free spirit, verve and passion with which Nityashree performed this evening. With that trademark smile and expressive eyes."
