The transliterated version of the song in the above cited website is as under -
Pallavi - tolliyun marrAku toTTelanE Uge-gana cellu-baDin-Ugin-I Sri ranga Sisuvu
C1 - kaliki kAvEri taragala bAhu latal-anE talagak-iTu ranga madhyapu toTTelan
palumAru danun-Uci pADagAn-UginI cilu-pAla selavitO Sri ranga Sisivu
C2 - adivo kamalajuni tiruv-ArAdanamb-anaga atana kamala bhav-ANDambanu
toTTelan udadulu tarangamulan-UcagAnUgin-I cedarani sirula tODa Sri ranga
SiSuvu
C3 - Vedamule cErulai velayanga SeShuDE pAdukonu toTTelai paragagAnu Sri dEvitO
gUDi Sri venkaTESuDai sEda-dEreDi vADe Sri Ranga Sisuvu
The broad meaning of the song - as understood by me is -
Pallavi - The Great Lord who (floats) swings in the cradle of leaf of banyan (marrAku) tree (during praLaya), now swings in the magnificient (cellubaDi) cradle as the babe of Sri ranga.
C1 - The baby of Sri rAnga swings in the cradle (called) in the middle (island) of lady (kaliki) kAvEri with abundant (bahu) waves, as I sing rocking him and as the gushing sweet milk overflows(from the sides of His mouth).
C2 - Behold, as if it is the worship (tiruvArAdanam) of brahmA, he swings with splendid glory in his own cradle of brahmANDa (kamala bhAvANDa) as the waves of sea rock him.
C3 - The vEdas shining as the four strings (on which cradle is suspended) and SEsha shining as the firm cradle, the Lord who shines as venkaTEza along with SrI dEvi, as babe of Sri ranga relieves himself of fatigue.
The meaning of the word 'cErulu (cErulai)' in the last charana is not clear. From the context, I have translated as 'sea'. Pardon my errors. - The meaning of the word 'cEru' has since been clarified by humdinger.

Dear Sri Govindan:
Thank you so much - you made my day - I am moved by the music of Smt.MSS and understanding the meaning of compositions that she sings makes the experience of listening to her that much more enjoyable. I have a VCD of SriRangam Vaikunda Ekadasi and I wanted to create a new DVD mixing the video from this VCD with the immortal, divine music of MSS. I had chosen Ranganayakam (nayaki) and Vandinum Muralum Cholai to mix with the video as these compostions are on Rangaraja of Sri Rangam. From the words of "Tolliyunu" that I could understand, it appeared as though that this composition of Annamaya was on Rangaraja - your beautiful meaning confirms it. I am going to add this compostion also to my DVD.
Thank you.

Sri Govindan,
cEru means "string/cord". so cErulu should be the chains from which cradle is suspended. Annamayya makes a similar usage in his other pavaLiMpu kriti "alara caMcalamaina..." where he says "padilamuga vEdamulu bangAru cErulai"...you can look it up here.
