abhayAmbA nAyaka – O lord of Goddess Abhayamba,
vara dAyaka - O giver of boons,
AtmarUpa prakAshaka – O one who shines in the form of the self(within all creatures),
ava ava – protect, protect (me)!

anupallavi
ubhayAtmaka prapaHnca prakAsha - O one who shines as the universe which is of the nature of duality(sentient and insentient etc.)
OMkAra svarUpAvakAshaka – O one whose form permeates the “Om” mantra,
shubhakara - O causer of auspiciousness!
SaSi SEkhara - O one wearing the moon as a crown!
