Maatchi means greatness or nobility. So 'Maatchi Migundha Thaaye' means "O Mother full of nobility/greatness!"

anbODu - a single word (with love). It should not be separated as 'ODu'. It is derived from 'uDan'. anbODu and anbuDan mean same. uDan can be used as a separate word, but when used as suffix, it is not to be separated for purpose of meaning.
