You are indeed a man after my own heart - but before we get to split hairs between loosers and luzers, we should try and get people to pronounce their native words appropriately before traveling half way across the world to Europe....

The portuguese( or french? ) pronounciation of Luz is closer to 'leuse' than 'loose'... listen here carefully for an example in context:
