Some parts of the song are in Sanskrit, that is, the ending of some words is as in the accusative case in Sanskrit. Given in bold.

pa|| ciraMtanuDu SrIvaruDu | paramaM BavyaM pAvanaM ||

Ancient One, consort of Lakshmi, most excellent, what must be, Auspicious!

ca|| vEdamayuDu kOvidu D(u+)amaluDu paruD(u+)AdipuruShuDu mahAmahuDu |
Personification of Vedas, Skilled one, pure one, God, The Beginning, the great one,

yEdesa nEmani yEdi dalacina (naBEda mavAdim=? no expressible difference) aKilasammataM ||
In any direction, saying or thinking any thing, All acceptable,

ca|| niKilanilayuDu muni varadu Du+adhikuDu | maKamuKaSuka+aBimata ratuDu |
Abode of Every thing, benefactor of ascetics, Great one, enjoyer of (ratudu) sacrifices etc (maKamuKa) approved by Suka(Suka+abhimata). Probably a reference to Bhagavata, narrated by Suka.

SiKiraM SivaM suSIlana matiSaya | muKaraM muKyaM mUlam+idaM ||
One with tuft of hair (Sikhiram), auspicious, well read (suSIlanam), one with superior voice (atiSaya mukharam), the important one, the beginning.

ca|| anEka pradu D(u+)anAdinidhanuDu | Ganu D(u) I tiruvEMkaTaviBuDu |
One who gives many, without beginning or end, Look! (ganuDu), Lord Venkatewara

dinaM dinaM samudita ravikOTi BajanaM, siddhAMjanaM dhanaM ||
day by day, worthy of a crore of suns, ready magic ointment, a dear posession.
