I can't discern the print very well.

Lakshman,
Can you please help?

The composer is none other than SSI's most talented and one of a kind disciple Kedaranathan who passed away some time ago.

Do you have an audio link for this song? The rag Hrudha Kamali is a rare raga, Janya of 23 Mela Gourimanohari, having Aroh.& Avroh SRMDNS - SNDPRS.

From how I interpret it. I second the request for the audio. Alos, which book did you get this from?

Parimal,

Here you go:

pallavI:

karuNai gaNapatiyE Ezhaiyin
kaDum vinai tIrkkum guNanidhiyE, paraguNanidhiyE (karuNai…)

anupallavI:

iruLadai pOkki vAzhvil inbam kODuttenakkku
iha param sukham tannai ikkaNamE aruLum (karuNai…)

caraNam:
tiruvuLak-kOvililum dinamum nAmamadai
tirumba tirumba uraittAlum tiru uru kANudO?
maruLum en nenjamadin mAnAttuyaram pOkki
Ananda bhOgamadai maRukkAmal aLikkum perung (karuNai…)

Meaning:

pallavI

Oh vinAyaka (gaNapatiyE), the repository of compassion (karuNai)! Oh repository (nidhiyE) of character (guNa)! Repository (nidhiyE) of extreme/excellent (para) character (guNa)! You are the one who destroys (tIrkkum) the harsh and cruel (kaDum) karma (vinai) [1] that surrounds this poor and destitute (ezhaiyin) devotee of yours.

anupallavI

You are the one who will dispel (pOkki) the darkness (iruL adai) that pervades my soul, and grant (koDuttu) me (enakku) happiness (inbam) in this life (vAzhvil), and bless (aruLum) me with bliss (sukham tanai) both in this life (iha) and in after-life (param) this very instant (ikkaNamE)!

caraNam

Why is it that I am not able to see (kANudO) your divine (tiru) form (uru) despite having chanted (uraittAlum) your name (nAmamadai) repeatedly (tirumba, tirumba) in the temple (kOvililum) of my heart (tiruvuLa)? After all, you are the mighty (perum) repository of compassion that has the power to destroy (pOkki) the incomparable (mAnA) grief (tuyaram) that fills my (en) bewildered (maruLum) heart/mind (nenjam adin), and the one who can grant me (aLikkum) the happiness (Anandam) that comes with the enjoyment (bhOgam adai) [2] of your bounty without a second thought (maRukkkAmal = without refusing)!

FOOTNOTES:

[1] vinai – accumulated consequences of actions in many previous births.
[2] alternate interpretation for Ananda bhOgam could be – happiness (Ananda) and the ability to experience/enjoy it (bhOgam) – because the ability to enjoy something is separate from the mere fact of having something.

Corrections welcome!

rshankar,
in the penultimate line of the caranam,
is it 'mAnA tuyaram' or 'mALAttuyram'? Ifeel the it is the second one.

Could be...I can't tell from the script - mALAttuyaram would be unbearable (mALA) grief (tuyaram) then. Parimal, unless you have an audio track you can share, we will have to wait fro Lji!

I tried to magnify the page and the word seemed like the latter.
