It is "ADum kUttan aDiyai ninaindu anbil aham kanindu kanindu"
Meaning: Thinking about the dancing master's feet and in the love that generates the heart mellows
"aham" or "agam" represents the mind/heart. The phrase represents the "mellowing of the heart"
I wonder if the second "kanindu" is superfluous, especially if the previous "ninaindu" is not doubled.
Also in the caraNam it should be "muzhavin tuNaiyAl" (with the help of the drum---for tALam)
This is a very crisp song by MMD to distill the essence of how a song should be sung.
Karnatik.com is an admirable collection but has several transliterational errors iin many songs (especially Thamizh songs)

In Thamizh, the classification of muttamizh is: iyaRpA, isaippA, and nAD(T)akam.
iyaRpA means seyyuL or poetry (kavidhai) or prose in literary form.
isaippA means poetry designed for music
nATakam does not take the form of poetry. It is purely prose fit for a monologue or dialog. It may or may not be literary. Colloquial conversation is considered very often.
