My family in Trivandrum used to recollect so many concerts of the greats in the 40s through 60s which went from mediocre to genius - and that included all the greats including ARI, MVI, SSI....

No purpose at all ! I was browsing through the diary of a long gone person and I saw a one line "review" of a katcheri that took place more than 60 years ago in a distant place, not a usual Katcheri venue.
