If you use the URL cited above (refashioned by arunk from his older editor) you can type the English text right there in the box on the left all at once and then transform it to the particular language shown at right. This way you can avoid the numbers shown in your transliteration. You used the line by line transliteration which is laborious. Try the new URL and you will like it.

The song shivanai ninaindavar used to be sung by Alattur Brothers. There used to be an audio clip of theirs on sangeethapriya.org. Not sure if it is still available.
Aruna Sayiram has sung it in the Season 2006 CD by CDW. Details below.

Re: Composer for sivanai ninaintavar evar tAzhndAr ?
Here you go - my attempt at providing the meaning of the first 2 caraNams. I can't make out some of the words in the last caraNam (third line in particular); if the words are clear, I will add it to the rest.
I have also translated the pallavi and anupallavi to provide the context for the caraNams.
By the way, I have made some changes to the lyrics based on how the composition has been sung.
pallavi
Sivanai ninaindavar evar tAzhndAr? sadA
Sivanai maRandavar evar vAzhndAr? (Sivanai….)
Has anyone (evar) who has meditated upon/thought of (ninaindavar) Siva (Sivanai) ever lost out (tAzhndAr) [1]? Has anyone (evar) who has always (sadA) forgotten (maRandavar) about Siva (Sivanai) [2] ever flourished (vAzhndAr)?
anupallavi
mauna siddhargaL mudal sanaka munivargaL tam
vasattil anudinamum vasittaruLum parama (Sivanai…)
(Has anyone ever lost out by meditating on the) supreme (parama) Siva (Sivanai), who resides (vasittu) in the possession/control (tam vasattil) of people starting with (mudal) realized souls (siddhargaL) who preserve a vow of silence (mauna) to sages (munivargaL) [3] such as sanaka, and showers blessings (aruLum) every day (anudinamum)?
caraNam 1
mana bhayankaram koNDu amarar veruNDu vizha
maruTTi vanda viDattait tiraTTiyuNDu vembik
kanaittalaRiya deivakkanniyargaL tirumAngalyattai
kantarmisai nilaikka seidaruL parama (Sivanai….)
(Has anyone ever lost out by meditating on the) supreme (parama) Siva (Sivanai), who:
- gathered up (tiraTTi) and swallowed (uNDu) the fearsome (maruTTi) poison (viDattai) that came (vanda) at him even as the gods (amarar) experienced (koNDu) fear (bhayankaram) in their hearts/minds (mana) and fell (vizha) in confusion and bewilderment (veruNDu), and therefore,
- made it possible (seidaruL) for the ‘tAli’ (tirumAngalyam) of the celestial (deiva) women (kanniyargaL) who were wailing loudly (kanaittalaRiya) in distress (vembi), to last permanently (nilikka) around their necks (kantarmiSai)?
caraNam 2
sirittut tiripurattai erittazhittu takkan
sirattai aRuttiTTu azhal tanil ozhittu ahamka-
ritta munivar viTTa varippuliyaikkonRu tOl
urittu iDaiyil dharitta niruttanenum parama (Sivanai…)
(Has anyone ever lost out by meditating on the) supreme (parama) Siva (Sivanai), called (ennum) the dancer (niruttan), who:
- burned down (erittu) and destroyed (azhittu) the three areal cities (tiripurattai) while smiling (sirittu)?
- cut (aRuttiTTu) daksha prajApati’s (takkan) head (sirattai) off and destroyed (ozhittu) it in (tanil) the sacrificial fire (azhal)?
- killed (konRu) the striped (vari) tiger (puliyai) that was sent (viTTa) to attack him by the egotistical (ahamkaritta) ascetics (munivar) [4], and skinned it (tOl urittu) and wore it (dharitta) around his waist (iDaiyil)?
FOOTNOTES
[1] tAzhndAr literally means coming down in life
[2] sadASivanai – can be one word, and not split up as I have done
[3] some people sing this as munivar instead of munivargaL
[4] refers to the 3000 egotistical ascetics from the taDavana (cidambaram) who created a tiger, snake, deer, battle axe, drum, muyalakan, and a ball of fire from their tapObalam to try and destroy the handsome youth (Siva) who they thought was leading their women-folk astray – Siva subdues the snake and wears it as an ornament, he holds the deer (mAn) and axe (mazhu), the drum (damaru) and the ball of fire in his hands, dances on muyalakan’s back, and kills and skins the tiger and wears its pelt around his waist
I have also translated the pallavi and anupallavi to provide the context for the caraNams.

Yes, indeed. Alathoor Bros' Gramaphone Record had : sivanai ninainthavar on one side and chandrasekhara eesaa ( sindu bhairavi) on the other side. We used to have this record in our home.

Re: Composer for sivanai ninaintavar evar tAzhndAr ?
I found out that this song is not by Papanasham Shivan but by Kavi Kunjara Bharati. It is available in his Skanda Purana Kirtana collection.
