Sri Lalgudi Jayaraman's Shanmughapriya pada-varnam, a beautiful composition in tamil, is also on Lord Venkateswara. It starts with the words "Devar muni'.

Krishnaa,
Here is my attempt at the pada varNam of SrI Lalgudi Jayaraman's:

P: dEvar munivar tozhum jagannAthan dIna dayALan tirumaghaLurai mArban

The Lord jagannAth, who is kind (dayALan) to the needy/poor (dInan), and in whose chest (mArban) resides (urai) the goddes of wealth (tirumagaL - aka lakshmi) is the one the gods (dEvar) and saints (munivar) pray to (tozhum).

A: mAvali valimaiyait-tALAl aLanda tirumAl shrI vEnkaTagiri cen;kamalak-kaNNa perumAn

The red (cen)-lotus (kamala) eyed (kaNNa) Lord (perumAn) of tirupati (SrI vEnkaTagiri) is none other than the one who conquered the might (valimaiyai) of the demon king mahAbali (mAbali) by measuring (aLanda) [the earth, the heaven and mahAbalI's head] by his feet (tALAl)
(ciTTasvara)
sa* ri* sa* dhA ri* sa* dhA sa* dhA pa ma ga ma pA , ga sa ri ga ma pa dha ni sa* rI*, sa*
ri* ga* ma* pa* gA* , rI* , sA* pa dha ni sa* ri* nI , dhA , pA , sa ri ga ma pa dha ni
(ciTTasvara sAhitya)
tirumalai tannil sadA kaDal alai pOl mati mukham darishittu gOvinda vaikuNTha Anandam nIyE enraDiyavar magizha

Just like (pOl) the certainty of ocean (kaDal) waves (alai), so too do your devotees (aDiyavar) enjoy (magizha) ecstatic bliss (Anandam) after getting a vision/seeing (dariSittu) your handsome face (mukham) [madi is the moon - madi mukham literally means, moon-like face - a figure of speech for handsome face] in (tanil) tirupati (tirumalai - tiru = sacred, malai = hill).

C: shrInivAsan perumai collat-taramA

Am fit (taramA) to speak/tell (colla) the eminence or grandeur (perumai) of Lord SrInivAsa

1: deivam yAvum onriNaindu vanda nam
We (nam) have come (vanda) to tirupati because all (yAvum) gods (deivam) have congregated (onriNaindu = become one) here...
2: shankham AzhiyuDan angai abhayam tara tunga alarmEl mangai maNavALan

Weilding the discuss (sudarSan cakra - Azhi), and the conch (SaNkham - pAncajanyam), even as the palm (angai) of your hand grants (tara) the boon of fearlessness (abhayam - abhaya mudra - signifying, 'why fear when I am here?'), Oh husband (maNavALan) of the exalted (tunga) padmAvatI (alar = flower/lotus, mEl - atop of, mangai = lady - literally, lady atop a lotus, padmAvatI/lakshmi - corrupted in colloquial usage to alamElumangA/alamElumangai - or simply, alamElU)

3: kaliyugam tanil karuNAmUrti tuLabam malar mANikya vaiDUrya
alankAra gambhIra saundaryan sEvai kANa pala kOTi kaNgaL vENum

In (tanil) this kaliyug, one needs (vENDum) several (pala) hundreds of thousands/crore (kOT(D)i) eyes (kaNgaL) to feast our eyes on (kANa) your majestic (gambhIra) beauty (saundarya sEvai - when he is decorated) when the repository/symbol of compassion (karuNA mUrti) is bedecked (alankAra) with a garland (mAlai) of basil/tuL(a)si (tuLabam) leaves and flowers (malar) and ornaments encrusted with rubies (maNikkam) and cats eyes (vaiDUriyam).

4: anru pArthan tErOTTi aruL gItaiyuDan aram kAttu maram Ezhuruva saram
eidu tan tiram nATTiDum parandAman annai magizha padmavalli tannai anbODu
maNanda vEnkaTaramaNan bhaktar nEyan padmanAbhan nitya kalyANa

Oh Lord, once/on that day in the past (anru) when you drove (OTTi) the chariot (tEr) of arjun (pArthan), you protected (kAttu) righteousness (aRam) when you blessed (aruL) us with the gItOpadES. Lord, you are none other than the mighty rAma (parandAman) who established (nATTiDum) his (tan) ability (tiram) by shooting (eidu) an arrow (Saram) that bored through (uruva) seven (Ezhu) trees. Lord venkaTaramaNa, even as your mother (annai - vakuLamAlA - yaSOdA was granted the wish of seeing her son as a bridegroom, and was reborn as vakuLamAla, mother of Lord SrInivAsa) experienced bliss (magizha), you lovingly (anbODu) accepted the hand of padmAvatI (padmavallI) and married her (maNandAi). You are the friend (nEyan) of the faithful (bhaktar), lotus naveled Lord (padma nAbhA), the ever/daily (nitya) auspicious (kalyANa) one...

Answer my prayer and lift me by your redeeming look, O transcendent spirit, the dweller in Vaikuntha.
O lotus-eyed Govinda, who confers pleasures of the here and hereafter.
May I, by your grace, sing your glorious name and be blessed,
Bestow on us ever and anon your grace to save us and elevate us.
O, the lord of those that sing and dance to the melody of your glorious name,
O Narayana, who grants well-being, strength and station
I, Krishnadasa, who adores your visual form, having nothing to complain

Lakshman,

One phrase now makes sense.
pogaDinaTTi vidhamu = the manner in which they praised you

However, mosagumani still needs a noun : My bet is that it is varamosagumani where 'vara' got cut off somehow.
